What to expect in brief:

Together we will take a deep dive into understanding and transforming parts of our shadow. Before doing any processes, you will be guided through an experiential based discovery of the four archetypal human traits that Shadow Work utilises. After building a sense of trust and connection within the group, each person will be invited to do a piece of personal work if they wish. The whole group takes part in each process gaining invaluable experience and learning. There will be gentle reflection and integration practices to complete the weekend and a refection call with either Mark or Hannah Mae after the weekend.

This is a non-residential event and attendees will be required to make their own breakfast & accommodation arrangements. Main Meals and refreshments will be provided and dietary preferences will be catered for as far as possible.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY:

“I have done a lot of this kind of thing over the years and I can hands down say this is the best weekend workshop I have ever attended, it’s literally life changing” B.W

“I just want to let you know that I have had some major breakthroughs in the last 6 months and I’m sure the Shadow Work has had a lot to do with this. I am very grateful, thank you” K.P.

"You both provided a very powerful combination of intelligent insight and analysis and an exceptional depth of compassion. These allowed myself and all the other participants the safety to unearth and expose deeply buried emotions while maintaining intellectual clarity and control over the process of bringing the issue to resolution. The participants and facilitators remained in full partnership throughout and nothing was tackled without respectful permission. The weekend was a triumphant success for everyone involved and I shall remain forever grateful." - E.K.
